From the moment the items have been delivered, you have 14 days to request a return. Items which are returned, need to be delivered within 30 days.

When you wish to return your item it must be unused and in the same condition as how you received it. Any signs of usage or other alterations to the item upon return deem it non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for the shipping and shipping costs of the returned item. It is therefore highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service. Once your returned item is received it will be inspected, after which you will receive an email whether the return is approved or rejected for refund. If approved, your refund will be processed withing 7 days and the credit will be transferred to your original payment method.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
